By registering for or using Kredo, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

Kredo provides an intelligent, all-in-one business management platform designed for Nigerian and African entrepreneurs and SMEs. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Kredo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
To access most features of Kredo, you must create an account. You may register via email/password, Google OAuth, or LinkedIn OAuth. You agree to:
Kredo is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these obligations.
You agree to use Kredo only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to:
Kredo offers the following subscription tiers, each available on monthly or annual billing cycles:
Current pricing, features, and limits for each plan are listed at trykredo.com/pages/pricing. We may revise pricing or plan features with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payments are processed via Paystack (card and bank transfer) or manual bank transfer with proof upload. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Where prices are displayed in other currencies (USD, GBP, GHS, etc.), these are reference conversions only — the final charge will always be in NGN. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription amount.
Kredo subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually renew your subscription before expiry to continue premium access. You will receive renewal reminder notifications at:
Upon expiry without renewal, your account is downgraded to the free Starter tier. Your data is never deleted on expiry.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment. Downgrades and billing cycle changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
The free Starter plan is available to all registered users. Free plan limits (document count, customers, products) are subject to change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to discontinue specific free plan features at any time.

In cases of a verified billing error (e.g., double charge), please contact us within 7 days at hello@trykredo.com for investigation and resolution.
The Kredo name, logo, platform design, user interface, codebase, AI models, and all content (excluding user-generated business data) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ifeony Innovations and are protected under Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Kredo platform solely for your internal business operations during your active subscription period. This license terminates immediately upon account cancellation or termination.
Your data remains yours. Your business data — including receipts, invoices, customer records, staff information, and financial records — remains your property at all times. You grant Kredo a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely as necessary to deliver the Service.
Your use of Kredo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, TLS/HTTPS in transit, daily backups, and role-based access controls.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you store on Kredo — including your customers' names, phone numbers, and email addresses — has been collected lawfully and with appropriate consent in accordance with Nigeria's National Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
By using Kredo's SMS, WhatsApp, or email communication tools to contact your customers, you warrant that you have obtained valid consent from those individuals to receive such communications.
API access and Webhook integrations are available on the Growth and Business plans. By using the Kredo Developer API, you agree to the following additional terms:
Kredo offers WhatsApp-based receipt and invoice sharing, and automated customer notifications (available on Growth and Business plans). By enabling and using WhatsApp features, you acknowledge and agree that:
Kredo operates a Partner/Affiliate Program through which participants can earn commissions by referring new subscribers. The following terms apply:

By visiting a Kredo URL containing a referral code, a cookie may be stored on your device for up to 30 days to attribute any subsequent registration to the referring partnerTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KREDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NIGERIAN LAW, KREDO AND IFEONY INNOVATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Kredo in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@trykredo.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be purged within 30 days of the confirmed deletion request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued. We are not liable for any termination-related losses.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 of Nigeria, with proceedings conducted in English in Lagos State, Nigeria.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action or collective proceedings to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email to your registered address at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. For minor changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Kredo after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
